★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My unit is incharge by a designer called Joyce. She was always so kindful and always able to accept my request. Although the whole project was delayed a bit due to the MCO, overall my unit is done and good to move in right now. I still get a free 3 years warranty for those cabinet stuff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very satisfied with the renovation result. The design was thoroughly done and reviewed to ensure customer expectations are met. The ID listened and have no issue to tweak the design to ensure satisfaction. The job delivery went a bit beyond plan but within the limit (1 week beyond original plan). The finishing touch was exactly as seen on the 3D drawing. Will consider this ID again for any renovation work in the future.

Renovation starts from mid-Sep 2021 and end at end Nov 2021 for a condo unit.
Around 3-months for the work done mainly for Living Room and Master Bedroom.
Some item in the bathroom (x2) and some cabinets in the kitchen area.
Major mistakes done in every part of the area that the renovation touches.
All those mistakes need to be re-done which I'm sure costing money to the ID and costing precious time of the owner.
Design document given by ID and agreed by owner but not followed.
Electrical diagram given by owner but not followed.
A major headache and frustrations. You decide.
