prices are not too much high , I like the breakfast set there, and best drinks there are Peach tea , Americano, and off course the Ice latee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love their hot latte. Also had a "big breakfast" there today. Like their bread and the salad, as well as the dressing. But I think the egg could be better if it is half boiled (smoother).
Tried their bagel during my last visit and I love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow ! Everything slow ! Give table number,still have to self pickup foods & drinks from counter. Who is the owner of this branch? No system at all. Breakfast pizza took too long to deliver. Overall poor service.

Coffee quality is good, and bagels were tasty! I can say this branch maintain very good quality of service and food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ okay service, better service in klcc, they has stopped the blueberry bagels which i will say the best bagel from cbtl. the cashier was a bit slow and only one counter was open. i am not sure why. cappucino taste okay, tasted better in the klcc branch. the poppy seed bagel is great crunchy but cold. the cream cheese when it was served was already slightly opened at a corner so there are some hardened cheese. so i asked the cashier if the bagel is going to be sent to my table, she says no. then, i saw someone got their food sent to their table. i went to the pickup counter and my bagel is there NO ONE CALLED ME. omg not coming back. you have ruined my bagel.
