★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small yet befitting to the community around this neighbourhood. You can find the usual suspects as far as brands are concerned. Park outside as it is only rm1. Place can be quite crowded during weekends and public holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checking in and out of the Mall SOP follow the existing SOP but Eating Outlet for some I noticed still restricted to few tables. Hopefully the Mall Management will look into that matter. Shopping Outlets look like Normalize as usual. StaySafe Always

The management should inform customers Setapak Central operations time is until 9.30pm?.
Digi also close at that same time and the security guard is very rude he answered me....tutup tutuppppppplah.

Shoppers are in for a super experience in shopping.
Massive parking lots with CCTV monitoring cameras.
Compulsory COVID-19 status check at every point.
Prices are reasonable and flexible.
Self massage sofas were great delight.
In and outside the mall, there is free flow of traffic.
The elevator working perfectly.
Beautiful architectural layout.
Friendly and helpful vendors all around.
The mall is a tourist attraction on its own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a huge petshop on the 2nd floor near Hua Wei. Clean, friendly staff and all sorts of animals. Land, sea, and air. The cats are so cute. They even have aquatic and landscaping. Like a mini zoo in the mall. Cat hotel, grooming and petting zoo. My children love coming here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ alot of fascinating rides in the mall, trains of minion rides. also the toilets are clean and abundant. so there’s no queuing up to get your business done. a lot of branded stores too such as cotton on hmm adidas etc. the parking lot is a bit gloomy though needs more lighting. the entrance with the pet bathing window is the best where you can observed the pets and the bayhing procedures.
