β β β β β It was an extremely disappointing experience with this shop. I had to change lens for my old frame, they said it would be ready next day, they wrote down my phone number and I left. Next day nothing from them - ok, i can wait. The day after that I had the message that I could come up and pick my glasses, they also sent their work hours which was till 10am - 7pm.
I was there in a few hours after the msg, around 5.30pm but the shop was closed. The problem was I was leaving the next day so I was pretty nervous about this whole situation. They never replied to my msgs or picked up the phone. I came here again next day around 12pm right before my bus with all my bags. And guess what - they were closed.
So I paid, I gave them my glasses and apparently I am not getting it back. That is absolutely unacceptable!

β β β β β From start to finish my experience at COJI Eye-wear was outstanding!
Initially drawn to the cute little shop by the gorgeous glasses design it was a lovely addition to then find the staff member was so polite and knowledgeable. The products are great, fashion forward designs, and the prices are impressive. I was on holiday in KL at the time and wasn't expecting to buy glasses, but I was so impressed with COJI Eye-wear that I bought 2 pairs!! (My sister also bought 2 pairs for herself!).
Daren and the other business representatives were great, from eye-test to delivery they communicated clearly and I am so glad to recommend this business to anyone passing through the Times Square area. It is just a little shopfront on an overpass, but it is worth looking for. They went above and beyond in terms of service and I love my new glasses too.
