★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very bad attitude. Bought only 5pcs of sushi but charged me extra 3pcs. Came back to ask what is the extra 3pcs, but in the end only get refunded for the price of 1 pcs. No next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parents came here before and wanted to bring us and our 2 kids & recommend us the sushi & the duck sushi here at Empire Sushi. Sushi was delicious but sadly, the staff there was the worst I ever met. Even the service counter staffs lacked their service with a smile & looked reluctant to serve. We bought sushi to dine in and there was 1 of the staff who was seated on 1 of the limited seating. We asked nicely if we could have that seat she was sitting on and she said she was on break. I believe the small space was for some dine-in customers so I asked if the seat is for Empire Sushi staffs or the customers. She gave us an irritated look & walked away. It is very disappointing to see such a service standard in one of the most popular mall tourists like us go to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a few times from this outlet, and always have an unpleasant experience with their staffs. The staffs have attitude problem and they are always VERY RUDE. Price also increased and the sushi just taste normal. If I would to have some cheap sushi I would rather purchase from Isetan which tastes more like Japanese sushi, and not sushi full of mayonnaise. No more next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at the LG floor of berjaya times square. This empire sushi is one of the best sushi that i have ever try in Kuala Lumpur. You can find various kind of sushi, with very very super cheap price, and for the taste you don't need to worry, because even it super cheap but the taste is still so delicious, and they always use the fresh and good quality foods to make their sushi. One think that need to be improved is their staff attitude and service to customer, i think it would be great if they can give a proper service and information with smiley and kind gesture to every customers
