Food : Average ; except the dessert (brownies)?
There was a big group of family with kids and luckily I managed to change my seat to corner.

Service: there should be a proper reception area for guests to wait to be seated, instead of letting guests wonder around dunno who to look for. Upon reservation, cafe rules stated no kids below 12 are allowed, but still could see other tables with infants and kids below 12. The most unacceptable thing was the pianist performance was interrupted with the noise of a vacuum cleaner behind the bar!
Overall I would rate a 3 star, it was a disappointment to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Sat down. Took 10 minutes for someone to get us the menus
2. Ordered the lamb for rm200, they asked how would we like it cooked, we said medium and it came cooked as well done. Taste wise is definitely not well done, not marinated well, three small lamb pieces, one tasted good , the other two was not marinated evenly.
3. The Angus for rm180 was another disappointment. The cut wasn’t great. Please go to maria steakcafe instead if you want good steak.
Overall : food is overpriced and not great. Ambience um not bad. Service kind of on the weak side for “ fine dining “.
Definitely would not come again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for Christmas Eve afternoon tea, very disappointed. Standard dropped, the scone not fresh and one has hair inside! The Christmas desserts doesn’t taste good at all. Hoped they can improve back to the former standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great ambience with traditional hi tea settings. If you are looking for pictures, this is the best place to be. Food was below average compare to previous years. However, with the price per pax, the food is consider affordable. Love their scones as always though.
We went there on Sunday (Second session) and the place was very quiet and comfy. Although the service was alright (not cold nor friendly), we assumed they were just understaffed.
It's still a great place for hi-tea especially it is a rendezvous for our annual gathering. We still love to be there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Table Service 3/5: We were 5 mins earlier for our reservation and no one was around to attend to us. Soon after, several groups arrived also without any assistance, began wandering around waiting. Once seated, we waited 5 mins for our order to be taken, another 15 mins for our food to arrive.
Food quality 1/5: Food was average. Sandwiches are basic, pastries were alright. Cakes seemed not fresh and too sweet. And then we found an EARRING STUD in one of the savory pastries.
Customer Service 0/5: After being informed of the earring stud, the waiter promptly took the plate away. We expected the manager to at least offer an apology but instead the same waiter came back to offered us free sandwiches. I mean, really? ? Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly the high tea sets were quite disappointing to be honest. The food was just average and nothing is really fancy. I linda feel I just paid for the ambience and environment which I really doubt their popularity. Service is good, we were served by SinYuan and she is very smiley and attentive. Always checked on the tea pot and refilled it without us asking.
