★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in Colony1232 on July 2020. Its very cosy and unique in style, would have preferred mirrors in the rooms though. Overall layout is innovative, balcony view is amazing. Tea/Coffee was complimentary which is a kind gesture from the owner. All the essential kitchen items are provide including barbecue place. We enjoyed over stay very much and would love to go back and stay at the same place, also recommend this place to families and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went with an intention of taking a breather from work. The well-designed and cozy apartment served this purpose well, and we really enjoyed our stay there. The place was clean, amenities provided were more than enough, and the service was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my family enjoyed our stay in the unit we booked. Very nice unit and the balcony look out to the green with birds and squirrels running the trees and flowers. My kids loved the daybed swing. They spend all their time on the daybed when ever we were back in the unit. Will definately stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colonie at Fraser's Hill apartment was eye catching. It was perfect for 8 pax - 4 comfortable Queen size beds and 2 spacious redesigned bathrooms! The bathrooms were neat, clean and come with power shower! The kitchen was compact and it has everything that one needs - electric steamboat pot, gas cooking hob, pots, pans, cutlery etc.
The neighbourhood is very conveniently located. It is at the central location of most key attractions. Almost everything is within walking distance. There are limited restaurant options, so having an electric steamboat pot are absolutely handy for those who love to have a hotpot at chilled weather.
Kim is the most thoughtful and gracious host! She provided us with all the information that we need to go around and checked in from time to time, to ensure that our stay was comfortable and memorable! To top it off, we were nicely surprised with smores kit - it was indeed a wonderful experience toasting smores in a home setting. The staff was also friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend anyone to stay at this wonderful apartment!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a much-needed short holiday in Fraser recently and decided to stay at Colonie. We booked 2 adjoining apartments to accommodate all of us. It is a fully-furnished apartment with fully functional kitchen. We love the fact that they had hotpot in each of the apartment as we wanted to have steamboat for dinner. Cutleries, pots and pans were sufficient for all of us. The kids also love the outdoor big swing and the outdoor sitting area in each of the apartment, such a cool way to just hang out and catch up with friends. Double thumbs up and will definitely return given the chance. Thanks for such a homely, clean place to stay for the weekend. And oh ya, the complimentary scones were delicious!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun and cozy time with friends! A group of six of us wanted a relaxing getaway weekend in a comfortable space. We stumbled upon Colonie and are so happy we did! Pros: unit is well kept, balcony area and living room are AWESOME for hanging out, bathrooms are clean with great shower water pressure, hosts are super responsive and helpful. Con: bedding is a bit damp due to weather. All in all, highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I had a pleasant stay at Colonie Lux. It was well-designed, cozy with heated water at kitchen area. Kim and team were super responsive and helpful. We were also taken by surprised to be welcomed by the nice gestures of the complimentary scones, and coffee machine ??
The only regret we had was booking only one night. Should’ve taken two instead! We will definitely be back. Thanks for your great hospitality, Kim & team. ☺️☺️☺️
