โ โ โ โ โ Staff are not hard pushing feels comfortable and relax during whole session. Good art work done and first time going customer have discount but have to make appointment. Will visit again.

โ โ โ โ โ This was my second time here. First experience was nail extensions back in October. Both of the times I faced the same problem where statfs would be rather unwelcoming and seemingly annoyed.
Today especially as i had pushed my appointment to 30m later for a 3pm slot and when arrived, i was told i couldnt have the nail design i wanted but only just a plain colour as they were expecting a customer at 330pm which i then refused to get my mani and pedi done at all. The staffs then quickly agreed to a simplistic nail art design. During the whole procedure, the staffs would communicate w each other in a language i dont understand. The next customer arrived at 350pm instead but they had to refuse the appointment and they do not take male customers. After i was done, i was told not to wear closed shoes because my pedicure wasnt dry yet which then they offered to sell their slippers.
This all could be avoided with some basic communication prior to the appointment. Ie:
1. No complex nail art design as we are expecting another customer at 330pm
2. Pls wear slippers to the appointment
3. No male customers
All in all, i actually had recommended this place to my friends because they liked the nail extensions i did 3 months ago noting that the staff may be a bit unwelcoming, but now i would definitely not return and would not recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ 1st nail manicure and I did not regret it. Super satisfied. Came at 10am appointment the atmosphere was very clean and cozy even the music ambiance was very relaxing. My nail artist has a keen eye for attention to detail especially for the delicate floral design I ask for her to replicate from an image on Google. Wish I knew her name only took a selfie together. Thank you so much! Also forgot to deduct my deposit from payment they reminded me. Very kind and genuine service. Will come again. ???

โ โ โ โ โ Had my first Pedicure & Foot Callus treatment here. The staff (didnโt get her name, wears spectacles) was very caring and did an awesome job! Would recommend them anytime! Really worth the price! Very professional & sweet ppl. ?

โ โ โ โ โ Another hidden gem of a place. Fast and well done service. I went for manicure and gel pedicure. They really know what they are doing so wonโt leave you with excessively buffed brittle and damaged nails. Reasonable price and so MANY different colours available it took me a while to choose. Also cozy ambiance. I wish I discovered this place earlier?Recommended??????

โ โ โ โ โ They did an excellent job! I didn't get her name but my nail artist was detail-oriented and took a lot of care to make sure that all my nails were shaped and painted perfectly. This was one of the best experiences getting acrylic extensions I've had. I would 100% recommend coming here but make sure to book an appointment ahead of time as they weren't able to accommodate walk-ins when I was there due to their adherence to SOPs and demand.

โ โ โ โ โ Been here two times, environment is cosy, price is reasonable. Did the gel manicure both times, it usually last one month plus (maybe more if youโre not a rough person like I am). The nail artist is fast and efficient too, it doesnโt take long for it to be done.
My boyfriend did the feet scrubbing and is quite satisfied with the results too.
