★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was good.. professional yet I did not enough it much. Because the Chinese girl was rushing and doing my nails... Wasn't proper massage given... Everything was fast.. Scrubbing my leg also wasn't good.. Please improve in that. Otherwise good service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my gel pedicure and gel manicure last week,and i didnt do any housework while this time. Like daily routine,washed my hair everyday. Just ONE WEEK,my gel manicure looks bumpy,and doesnt last long. Never come back,and the place not really clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite okay i would say. Nice staffs. They call me right on time for my appointment. Did mani and pedi. Both not hurt at all. Good experience. Maybe better if the staff can speak malay or english more fluently. Feels awkward they always speak in chinese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is good they're quiet during when doing my nails, which is good I can just relax. But when calling and asking directions to the studio, poor instructions were given. However my nails came put very nicely so thank you to the nail artist she is incredibly skilled at her field of work! A little pricey though for gel. But I recommend !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my gel manicure here with my friend. Very welcoming staff. They did end up calling me up for my appointment accurately. During the manicure, the staffs were silent, which was simply perfect for us to just relax. Variety of choices and good work. Will definitely come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TWO BIG red flags for me:
1. Entered the store at 4.45. She said she will only be available at 5.30, told us to come back at 5.20pm instead. We then asked whether we can stay in the store to look for color selection for pedicure she insisted NO with the reason that theres customers in there (though there was plenty of seats).
2. Arrived at 5.20pm, but nail artist only available at 5.50pm. Probed & asked as we’re rushing. She assumed that it’s gonna be very fast as my mom doesnt need any nail color as she was wearing covered shoes. Lol. I feel funny. Why would we request to have a look at the color selection if my mom didn’t want any color at first? We already had plans to switch to sandals.
Brought my mother here for mother’s day treat actually but i think their service ruined our day. Lady with fringe who served us wasnt friendly.
A kind reminder to NOT bring ur loved ones here if you’re looking to relax or enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very average service. After having a natural color for the pedicure, I decided to change the red color I had chosen for the manicure because I was not very happy with the application. They don’t apply even coats so you can clearly see the brush strokes.
