I am unable to visit him due to Covid restrictions.
The staff - Simren facilitated a zoom call and together with another staff Raiha...my friends from Malaysia and overseas were able to see my friend.It was indeed a touching moment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy to have a very good & kind doctor Ramnan to attend to my mother in law. Ms. Simran is also extremely helpful and has taken the extra steps to assist and arranged for video calls, always answer my queries over the whatsapp.
Fees are too very reasonable & the team esp dr. Ramnan has also helped to cut all unnecessary expenses knowing our financial circumstances.
Truly a very wonderful experience with the team here. Most appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital has a very nice doctors, specifically Dr. Ramnan and Dr. Sashi.
My mother was admitted in CAE and the team was very supportive ini taking care of my mother.
Dr. Ramnan gave us clear briefing and information with regards on how they're going to manage my mother while she is admitted.
After my mother was discharge from CAE, they even have house-call service to come and do follow up checking on my mother.
The care that they have shown to my mother was excellent and we all appreciate it.
Thank you Dr. Ramnan and Dr. Sashi. Please keep up the good work and services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The care my mother received at Columbia Extended Care has been absolutely brilliant. In a time, during the pandemic, when access to rehab facilities has been so difficult, this has been a great help. The care provided by Dr Sashi and Dr Ramnath has been very much appreciated. And Ms Simran has coordinated the care seamlessly especially when I have not been able to sort things out locally. There were regular updates, constant communication with family, and the team have truly gone out of their way to ensure that my mother received everything she needed from start to finish. I cannot thank them enough and am so grateful to the entire team. Highly recommend this service to those who need such care. My thanks also goes out to all the nurses, physios and staff for all the amazing work they do for their patients.
