★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 0 star if possible. Very bad service. Terrible. Don’t call it emergency if people would have to wait almost 3 hours. You got like 10 ambulance outside but only one room of doctor? The system is awful. If you’re sick don’t come here. It will get worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my sister was excident 6 april but they do nothing for my sister, even blood at my sister face they not clean it just because our family was not there, event one iv drip they did not put for my sister, even though my sister was bleeding heavily. I'm sorry to put review like this but I'm totally disappointed at this hospital. I hope this hospital will improve their care for pt's. thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The least you can do is to tell what's going on and what to expect. Been waiting for update since morning until 7pm without even having my breakfast, there's nothing to expect. Will i be able to go within these few minutes or months? No clue. Even if asked, keep saying wait until the heartbeat reading goes down to an acceptable point. when is that? What do i do while that is happening? Should i make a tent here? They're treating us like monkeys who knows nothing so no need to explain. Years of training, 0 practicality. The very definition of uselessness and stupidity. Even beggars work more efficient than you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 young Malay male doctors attended to my Dad on 10th Oct 21. They were very courteous and did very good checking on him and took their time to get info from me to understand better.
My mom was admitted few years ago here and a female Malay doctor attended to her in CCU, she is the reason my mom recovered very fast. Offcourse there are a few bad apples, but let god handle them.
The reason for many bad experience from others is due to lack of funding from ministry. So not enough doctors and facilities, like make shift beds no pillow as no budget. And doctors, MO and nurses have to work double hard.Pity them they also have family and friends. As the ministers need Velfire to travel and everything commission, even medicine that cost RM 1 becomes RM12 as goes thru crony companies then no budget to buy more and no stock for some medicine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived 11am and waited so long until 4pm still no response from the doctors, said will seek swab test individuals first, next time please at least inform to other patients that we have to wait longer time. As a diabetic patient at least I would get my insulin and meal on time rather not wasting time by waiting for nothing!!!! Feeling disappointed!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To the the guy at the counter and the hospitals, especially the guy that work on 7/2/2022 . I will remember you always . For being rude . Not everyone want illness btw , i know you tired but you dont have to marah2 patient , she or he didnt come to emergency if that illness is not hurting them . Be kind and good to everyone including different culture , like pakistan or people from others country. Tk rugi treat org ckp elok2 , so rude . if you cant manage stress then dont work there , but i didnt put high expectation since hosp kerajaan kan ? No wonder hmm , sorry sincerely from me .
My experience : coming to counter , he asking why? And then when i explain why i came to hosp since im sick ofc , you said 'lepastu ?' Uu waw , and i left find 24hours clinic , i wont go here ever ? but still improve you manner with patient , we didn't ask for illness , sickness , we didnt come to emergency if it didnt hurt either .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great doctors and nurses working their assess off even tak sempat kencing atau makan. Kudos to them. While we wait for 3-4 hours, just remember we only pay RM 1 for the service. And they are doing their best. Not makan2 or tidur in the room. Just imagine how big and dense population that this hospital needs to cover. And it is a very small hospital to be compared with Klang, Sg Buloh or Selayang. Let's just be grateful and pray that one day we can have more doctors that can serve our nation instead of one by one quitting nowadays. Go and have a look at the rooms. Look at the doctor's face. Look at their eyes. How they are struggling to help us at their best despite panda eyes and messy hairs.
