★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good first consultation with Dr Indirani the ENT specialist. She was patient to hear my explanation, answer my questions, & asked me questions. Gave reasoned advice/explanation for her proposed plan of treatment.
Razani the nurse was friendly. Initially had some trouble with making the appointment but resolved.
I came on Friday morning. Overall waiting time & experience was not bad (though a bit hard to find parking since they’re doing construction to expand.) I find the fees a little pricey, so I hope for a good recovery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. ?. Came in with severe leg pain, cant sit properly and not for a long time anyway and yet they didn't provide proper waiting place. Supposed to admit at 3pm. 7 something still have to wait. Might as well go to government hospital cheaper.
Spoke to that admission guy twice. But so inconsiderate. Please improve ur services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a good experience when I'm here, everyone was so friendly and caring. Had my delivery and another minor surgery done here and I love their service :) special thanks to both O&G Dr Rama and Dr Loo, and all the nurses involved during my stay at the hospital!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been with Dr Loo for 3 operations .. 2016, 2018 and this week .. all those days at Columbia Bukit Rimau had been wonderful each time. All the nurses are nice, kind and helpful and doctors and operation staffs are wonderful. Customer service also always make rounds to check all are in order.
Great food by Chef Rose, En Yusry and teams .. Really great service and highly recommended .. Thanks also to Sr Tay, Ms K and teams for the superb and excellent services .. ??? ?
