I am very satisfied with the quick and sufficient handling of my trombosis leg , the expertise is very high and open on communications, service and rooms and medical staff are high spirits and we as European people can take an example out of this total experience,…..too all medical management and staff,.. stay safe and keep up the good works, Thnxxxx???greetings from the Netherlands ??

Highly recommended hospital in JB. I’m having very good experiences with this hospital as their doctors, nurses and general staffs are very friendly and polite. My first admission was during my wife gave birth. Because she having early due, therefore we decided to admit Columbia Asia Tebrau and lucky they are letting us to give birth there. That time was Aug 2020, the hospital still new, I thank you Dr Fahzana and Dr Eliza who in charge of my wife and baby. Thanks for their prof experience and patience for explaining the health conditions of my baby especially she was early due. And all the babies room nurse and officers are very nice too. 2nd time was my son affected mycoplasma and RSV, in charge Dr is Dr Quek, she also treat us very good and prof. Thanks god, we discharged very soon in 4 days times. And last was recently Covid 19, as both my daughter and son affected and we admitted very urgent and last min in the Saturday mid nite. I’m glad to have a team with good kindness of nurse and docs to rescue us from emergency. Thanks again Columbia Asia Tebrau, and last I want to thank you a cashier officer Amylia, thank you to update me on the billings and also help me a lot on the details. Once again, thank you u all??

First Class facility, if u have been to the other branch in JB, u must come here for better service, faster response, great people all around. Nice environment, near to city. Consultants are superb. You will love the ambience.

Very disappointed with house keeping services. My son (Keshaav)was admitted in MD1 under Dr Farzana recently. The reason he admitted due to vomiting and fever. I asked house keeping staff to clean the floor after he messed up. But the clean was too rude and asking me back why ur son keep on vomiting. Showed her sour face too. After that moment I just cleaned the surrounding by myself or I asked my wife to clean. Another things, almost 3days no one change the bedsheet. My son started to cry as his body was developed rashes. Again without argue with anyone, I told my wife to bring own bedsheet and blanket. We are paying customer and this is not government hospital to give free service. Will ur hospital allow us to go back without single payment? Then where is ur service. I had a good respect on Columbia Asia Hospital Tebrau. But this time very disappointed with service. Hopefully service will improve in future. Tq.

First time try columbia Asia. Over Than my expectation. Staff super friendly mostly staff at screening room ( Ecg, stress test).

I have passed by this hospital many times but did not think I will have to come here one day to get medial attention for my son. Our regular pediatric clinic was closed on Saturdays so I had to search for the nearest pediatrician in my area. My search lead me to Dr. Farzana at Columbia Asia. I took the chance to bring my 3-year old son here by myself and I am glad I did that. My little boy was nervous about going to new places, especially without his mother around, even though this hospital had a very nice and refreshing environment. We were pleasantly approached by an amazing staff, Madam Sharifah Fatma, who immediately can tell I was having a challenge time handling my son alone and offered may ways to calm and distract him while I go thru the registration process. The service by Madam Sharifah Fatma and her team was amazing, friendly and very understanding of the effort to handle a child that cries a lot. I was then escorted to the nurses station for weighing and height measurements, then to the pediatric clinic for consultation. Although I DID NOT make an appointment (because this was a last minute decision), I did not have to wait too long; just two patients before us. And also Dr Farzana's clinic had plenty of fun and interesting things for a child to enjoy! (I have attached the photo). And Dr Farzana was very warm and delightful to meet in person. She treated us like we are old friends! When my son calmed down, Dr Farzana managed to explain to me many things. Luckily my son's case was nothing serious and we only needed medication. After consultation, we were escorted again by her nurse to payment counter. The staff here were nice and professional. Because there was some delay in my billing process, the staff alerted me about the delay and apologised in advance for the inconvenience to wait a little longer. In comes Madam Sharifah again...! And this time, she presented me with a complimentary magazine! She even helped me to take photos of our first father-son hospital trip together (see next photo). She then escorted us to the pharmacy to collect our medication. The pharmacist explained each medication and also helped to write on the labels what symptoms these medicine is best used for. That was very useful to know and a good tip to do. From our arrival till our departure, we were always accompanied by a member of the staff. This is something positive I see in this hospital and I hope it is followed elsewhere. To get a treatment like this with great hospitality leaves a wonderful experience to me. I do not look forward going to any hospitals. But only for THIS hospital, I am glad to get this positive experience. THANK YOU SO MUCH to Dr. Farzana and her nurses. To Madam Sharifah Fatma and her team, for the excellent service and care you all gave, it will be an unforgettable experience. :-D

Highly recommended Hospital with good facilities and friendly staff and professional Doctor. Me and my children's love Dr Quek, would like to thanks her for taking care of my both daughter. Glad that we found good Hospital and Doctor around us. Last the Cafe food was nice but sometime a bit salty hahaha

The private hospital offering all kind of treatment, sure the doctors are well experienced, little lacking the nurses mostly young. My suggestion in any case to do the treatment or installing any things to patients, they should be accompanied by senior staff to observe the way or method is right. I have have twice experience where the nurses try to install needle to my hand, they not do it right first time, this is very painful process. Should not be try and error process. Maybe this only happened to me but it should not happen twice. Overall the im still happy with the treatment and staffs.
