★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm in-charge for company HR, called clinic and doctor for explanation why giving out 4 days of MC without any reason. Receptionist says she can't disclose detail for patient and request me to call doctor directly. Doctor did not explaint anything and just question me why I asked and hang up the phone rudely. Company have the rights to know the basic status of worker and not to be treated rudely.
