Yogeswaran is his name. And you can find his office on the mezzanine floor of Lucky Plaza in the town of Seremban.
Have lots of documents needing attesting to? Make a trip to Seremban, get it done at Yogeswaran, then use the time and savings to have a lovely and relaxing lunch, before heading back to KL.
