The lawyer, Ms Tee Sze Hong, gave my case all the time and attention that was needed to be successful in my entire SPA process. Even during FMCO times, the SPA was able to complete within timeline. She was a calming and confident presence during every of our correspondence with the purchaser. Although Iβm just the vendor and she represented the purchaser, I never once was treated as anything other than a valuable client by Ms Tee. I very much appreciate the knowledge and support I received through MsTee.
