β β β β β My visit was brief during the initial testing and received kit results for the first half of my full STD (HIV, syphilis and hepetitis results) check up in 20mins. It took 4 days (over the weekend + closed day) to return the other half of the my lab results, which, personally was understandable as the remaining tests were for common curable and easy to treat infections, so I was not very anxious awaiting the results. I do think the order in which I was tested was a positive experience as you get the answers for the treatable but incurable infections immediately and eased any major doubts or anxieties I was having. Your anonymity will be respected and prices are transparent. The staff were helpful and friendy in providing explanations while at the clinic and over the phone consultation. The clinic was hygienic and ambiance was calming as well. I do hope in the future there will be another clinic in the Selangor area, as it was a bit of a journey to sentul but over all totally worth it.

β β β β β Great clinic. Professional staff, they explained everything. Booking for first appointment is a breeze, but a follow up appointment becomes a guessing game as to what time is available. Maybe need to have a clearer system for follow up appointment.

β β β β β Service was great, staffs were very helpful. I believe there are people judging the cover of the book but believe me, this place worth every single cent you spent. People are able to afford with a reasonable price for the test compared to many labs that I have visited. Also results are lighting fast!
