★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ramesh was very incompetent. Didn't even gave me a proper diagnosis yesterday. Still having high fever only to find out today from another clinic that I am Covid-19 positive. Do not go to this clinic. They have incompetent doctors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there at around 4am bc a friend had panic attack and obviously it was an emergency but the procedure took so long tho there was no patients and the dr only checked her pulse and didn’t even give proper consultation and worst, it costed rm40 for nothing! The indian female dr was very rude as well as the reservation person. There was also a creepy man roaming and kept staring at us very creepily. The baddest clinic i ever i went to !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor medical service and bad customer service in the counter.
I went for a consultation and I met a doctor (female) and later on when I went back asking about the doctor nam. First, they pretended they didn't know then said we can't share this info. However she was the one I was having the consultation with (so weird)
Even Dr Ramesh was acting weird too when I was asking him about her(not sure what was going on in this clinic).
Medical wise when I talked to Dr Ramesh, he was not listening properly to what I was saying and kept cutting me as if he was the patient not me, INSANE!
I will never visit this clinic again, not recommended (very poor service)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw the doctor spray a few times of disinfectant before sitting down, and then told the doctor to tell me that the disinfectant was not effective. The doctor also said that if it was effective, there would not be so many people suffering from covid. Then I was rude and impatient, ? I felt terrified of this klinik and doubted whether the doctor used disinfectant to sanitize his hands after seeing a doctor? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Dr Ramesh, a great doctor and highly recommend. Sole reason this is my go to clinic because of him alone just cause he gives the greatest straight forward advice. Friendly as well. 5/5 would recommend. But, giving 1/5 star for this place solely because of yesterday visit alone. greeted with a rude indian lady doctor. Condescending consultation, not empathy towards the patient and honestly feels like she doesn’t even want to cater to her patients. Its 2 am in the morning, this kind of attitude is definitely unacceptable and thought that the doctor would be at least warm and helpful. The worst visit ever. Please call the receptionist before coming to this clinic. If its Dr Ramesh go ahead and go to this clinic, if its the indian lady, go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic is ok, the doctors are good and eventhough theres a lot of patient, the waiting time is not so bad. but when you go upstairs to do covid test, the place is too unhygienic. Boxes everywhere, the sofa looks dirty and the carpet is full of dust. Garbage overflowing, and i saw a used testkit on the table. The staff upstairs clearly didnt take care of the cleanliness of that place at all. Yucks. Will never go there anymore eventhough the RTK test is cheap at rm50. I want to report to KKM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for my vaccination appointment, but ended up in a queue without following any SOPs as defined by the govt. Very bad, definitely not recommended. The queue inside the clinic itself is definitely a hidden risk of spreading COVID-19 even further!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is simply the worst I have ever been to, the doctor prescribed me an overdose of painkillers without bothering to ask if I have pre-existing conditions. Came for one problem and got another.....he even tried to cover up as if it is not his fault and that I am overthinking. Had to go to another clinic to get myself checked. The nurses are lazy and don't bother to answer the calls, acted ignorant when I complained. Don't get fooled by the 24 hour nonsense, they literally behave like they don't have time for you...and charge a hell a lot of money.
