โ โ โ โ โ As i have read through a lot of their bad reviews (slow service, missing parcel) from Facebook and website, i was afraid that I might be one of them. So to try my luck, I tried to contact them through online chat from their website, facebook, whatapps and even calling them for several times. However, it turned out of my expectations. :) They replied me on their online chat from website and also Facebook. And so I requested them to arrange my delivery on the next day as i was urgent and they were really accommodative to arrange the delivery for me. And yes, i received my parcel on the next day. ;) The delivery guy was friendly as well, he called me 30mins earlier before his arrival just to confirm on my address. So to conclude, they may not be the best among all, but can see that they are trying to improve their service. Hope Comone Express will continue to improve your service to all the customers.

โ โ โ โ โ Very lousy service, was informed by the customer service the schedule for my parcel but the driver call me twice to reschedule the delivery time. And then never turn up as per request. No one in office will pick up the call. Call was ignored by the driver too. I am not sure whatโs the measurement for you to describe yourself a good logistic company which I saw in your website profile. Kindly removed this! If you have insufficient manpower to manage the service, then do not accept the jobs!

โ โ โ โ โ Thank God my parcel is in one piece, not damage or lost like others. Not sure if it's the time of the year where logistic is super busy. Purchase was made way before 11.11, in fact was in October, suspect they combined all shipment to process. Received my parcel just yesterday Dec 2. Cargo arrived at port on Nov 13, custom clearance etc on same day. Collected by ComOne on Nov 19.
Even though we are on the same city (Shah Alam), it took 10 days for local delivery services to sort and distribute. Perhaps we should not take CiaoNiao/ Taobao estimated time into account, since it's meant for oversea. Lowering your expectations by multiplying the estimated time by 5. i.e. if it says 2-3 days arrival, 3 x 5=15 days (local delivery time). Your life will be much happier by not calling them, since they never pick up any calls.
Not sure if my next shipment will still be sorted by ComOne, but I do sincerely hope that it can be a more efficient service than this one.

Yesterday my 10yo son pay them rm159 for 'cod parcel'.
How can they take money from kids?
No sender name/address.
They just sent random using fb nickname/account i think.

โ โ โ โ โ I ordered gadgets through online worth RM 185.00, then yesterday I got message from the courier rider to my parcel was arrived ,when I saw my parcel I got something back in my mind the box a bit bigger , then I've asked the rider to open it I wanted to check the items I should pay first . I said no open the items then I found instead of gadgets they put spray bottle like DIY items..then rider have right to mad at me in the first place they didn't check the items what theyve delivery to their clients..if u have read this pls give me the name of the sender and contact details..this is an opener to u guys pls be careful especially COD payment

โ โ โ โ โ Just now there was a Comone delivery guy told us that we have a COD package worth RM149, the recipient is my MILโs name, how weird as my MIL resides in outstation, how come this parcel will be sent to KL. It was later verified that my MIL did not shop online at all. It's a scam. The parcel may be filled with waste paper to cheat the money of the recipient. You should pay attention to it especially the elder people.
