β β β β β Bad customer service with many giggle n haha at the back... Super slow "call back" to follow up on parcels if received of not. Had a parcel in their store room for 3 days to have to go to pick it up myself.. Not recommended courier service... period.

β β β β β My item says arrived at Kota Kemuning on 1st April 2020. Until today my item never arrive to my house.I called Kota Kemuning phone, NOBODY PICK UP. Today, I called Puchong branch, a girl by the name Jacq took down my complaint. I am still waiting for them to call me back.
In fact, my brother from KL called them. They said check but then never get back to us on the outcome.

When as the sales person, he said dont know because he only deal to sales, if u looking for "good service" like this, please support this company. I believe ur stuff wil only get after few month. If possible for me to rate - β
i can rate -5βββββ pls support this company logistic if u wan to experience feel the MAS MH370 missing. Wel done.....

β β β β β CS VERY VERY VERY BAD service, being lazy and unhelpful. Just because you might need to work on weekends, doesn't mean you can being lazy and act like: pagi pagi sudah cari parcel. Hey, it's your job and quit it if you are unhappy for your own sake! After reached the call, not even able to help me get the status, just because of drivers on leave?! Then what's your purpose to work as a CS then, I'm really super disappointed on this company and its service, super lousy! My parcel was stated Delivered but in fact i receive nothing!! It's either your driver lose it or stole it! NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU'RE A SELLER, FOR YOUR OWN CUSTOMER AND REPUTATION SAKE!
