β β β β β Highly recommended! My suitcase was under warranty, though I bought it in Bali. The lock would not have been covered in Malaysia. Condotti Gurney Plaza remedied the problem with no charge. Whereas they incurred no parts charge, their communication and service seemed to go above their call of duty. The employee at the store, Lena, was also very helpful and communicated well.
