★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I got a ridiculous experience at gurney plaza outlet at 1.55pm . I have chosen a wishing card but when at the counter upon making payment . I only realised that the card which I have been chosen is much more expensive than other design . So I have requested to cancel the transaction and would like to choose for the others. But both of the cashier informed me that the transaction can’t be cancelled due to the item was from other company and already scanned. So I was forced to proceed with the payment and can’t cancel. I wasn’t asking for refund , just to cancel a transaction which has been scanned also can’t ? Is it some kind of scam ? Even the value is not much but I still it is not right for not letting consumer to cancel a transaction before a payment is made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid for the service charge for wrapping my present, but I have to look at the staff’s face. Staff ‘show face’ and attitude is very poor, just because I asked for another design to tape the present and asked her help to cut the paper. Service charge is expensive and bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Misinformation on the box of the product compared to the actual product. I.e product box states that product is using AAA batteries but it needed AA batteries instead ??
2. The light is so weak and dim that I don't think it is worth of RM19 each at all!
3. Service was 3/5 as well. You'd thought the staff would be more attentive when it's Valentine's around the corner, but how am I so disappointed.
Not recommending this outlet at all. Just go to other outlets or other local gift shops would be better.
