β β β β β Selling display used unit and claimed as new. Laptop received is an old unit. Person in charge Eric Gan is very rude and made full of lies. Already filed a case in consumer tribunal.

β β β β β Sent my laptop for flickering screen problems. Paid RM380 but problem still there. Sent it again to get repaired, no charge, but after getting it back still got flickering screen. Initial tax invoice received on 2/3/2017 with no : HQCA-005638 says screen replacement. More like habuk replacement. Nothing change, waste money.

β β β β β Don't buy from this dishonest seller which has account with shopee under ID: account88, please be aware!!!
I'd been ordered a pair of scissor from the seller via shopee and never receive it. The shop is so near to my house which is the reason i picked this seller but ended up the seller completed the order and received payment from shopee without any delivery. I've been contacted the seller after 6 days not received and someone replied as waiting for pos laju to pickup but after another a week+ no response at all. Although in the shopee system show progress status but there's no tracking number stated like other sellers always show it clearly.
I've lodged a complaint to shopee and even shopee also unable to contact the seller.
Again please be aware of this company as they might change the ID from all the online portal!

The services are good and appropriate.
Kiev was one best sales personnel.
There are many computer products, spare parts, printers and etc.
Parking is easy.
Technically most of the sakes personnel are quite good n capable to solve the common computer problem.

β β β β β My go-to computer shop. Helped to change faulty battery, reformat and also replacing SSD for my 4 yr old laptop. Prices (include installation fees) were quite decent, service also fast. Staffs were patient and friendly to assist and explain on things that i'm not familiar with. Anyways, definitely recommended!
