★ ★ ★ ★ ★ don't even listen to my problem and simply brush it off as '' It's normal to have bubble noise, we checked with Corsair, blah blah blah '' ... my previous AIO of the same model ( H100i pro XT ) which i sold to my friend doesn't make the noise at all pump profile ... and it's grinding noise on the new one. Tilting the pc or laying flat on table solve it temporary until i put it back upright.... it cannot be bubble, right? Already running the pc for 3 days straight... if it's bubbling/sloshing noise, i know it's normal for it to have when the AIO is moving around while installation and should have resolved itself very quickly.

Bought almost entirely new system RIG via internet e-shopping with still a decent price compared to walk-in retailers and legitimate discount. Colleagues and staff are friendly and reasonable if there's any delay or inconvenience cause. Can safely to say that definitely can recommend to others for their start-ups services.

The shop is really nice with many options to choose for your gaming needs and maybe I'll get mine next time too! The service is great and I really recommend this shop!

Nice way of treating your customer. Certainly I will bring my business somewhere else. Cant imagine how is your service when claiming warranty later on. Great job guys. Keep up your rude attitude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a refurbed Enermax Platimax 1200W PSU with them, warranty was still in play when the PSU started being faulty. RMA-ed the PSU and the manufacturers deemed it beyond repair. As such, Netstore offered to convert the cost of that PSU to be FULLY converted to store credits so I can purchase something else on their shelves. Which I did!
So I can at least say that these guys are trustworthy and legit. Will definitely reach out to them again in future, and I recommend others to do the same if they are looking for a trusted seller for IT stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Netstore is a trustworthy seller, and very quick to resolve any issue that may arise. When I received my desktop, the front panel had a deep crack on the top left, which most likely happened during transit. Upon notifying the seller about this issue, immediately a resolution plan was proposed. The seller sent a replacement front panel FOC, and it arrived swiftly...just one day later or so. Kudos to Netstore for their top-notch customer service (before and after sales) Products sold are reasonably priced too. Highly recommended to anyone who's considering to buy any IT gadgets from them.
