1. Whatsapp sales person regarding peeling off, tks forever to reply.
2. Call the careline & office, no one picks up.
3. Inform salesperson of scratches & ask for advice to remove. First thing he do is blame me for scratches which i know is my fault but i did not need him to tell me. Tells me no way to remove scratches but after pressing further, he sends me youtube vid.

โ โ โ โ โ Poor after sales service. Grass grows out after just 1 month installation. I was informed by the staff to pluck out the grass myself. What is the point of installing it if wild grass is growing out in the middle in just 1 month? Meaning I need to pluck it every month. Wasting money spending so much on it. Pls do not engage with them.

โ โ โ โ โ RM8k+ SPC flooring with some hollow areas and PVC skirting full of nails that looks like holes. Very bad after sales service. Tell u have x years of warranty but donโt think uโll get to claim it since they treat their customer like garbage.

โ โ โ โ โ Did our office flooring four years ago. Floor still looks amazingly new. Best of all, we still enjoy 6 years of product warranty! Look for continental for long time warranty on your products!
