I was trying to reach Frank Ng (Country Manager) on his mobile to enquire a relocation quote, but no answer nor return my call and SMS. I called him again a few days later, he finally picked up my call and we have set an appt to meet up. Unfortunately, he didn't turn up for our appt. I called him many times and SMS him, then his reply was "he was stuck at the port and also forgotten about our appointment, maybe another day." Besides, he didn't show an interest to secure a business with you. If a country manager from a relocation company unable to show his sincerity to your enquiry, how do you expect a reliable service from them?! After all, my experience with Prime Global Movers is unreliable and unprofessional.

We recently contracted Prime Global Movers for our local move from Putrajaya to Cyberjaya. Having moved across the globe 5 times in the last 15 years, this was our first local move and I am very impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to details by this company. The managers, Mr Rajalingam and Mr Frank are professionals and have a wealth of experience. They were responsive and walked us through the whole process on what to expect; they were realistic about the time frame of the move and were quick to adapt to unforeseen circumstances. Mr Frank arranged for some cartons to be supplied ahead, so that we can pack our confidential items. He also gave us practical tips on insurance coverage and what to expect. I have nothing but praise for the crew that worked at our place. They were punctual, hardworking and meticulous. All our household items were really well packed and transported without any damage. They followed all required safety precautions and followed SOPs throughout the move. What is really fantastic is they work great as a team - there was such a harmonious vibe in the house! They are also careful - having moved from and into properties under strata title, I did not incur any damage charges for the common areas from either management bodies - a testament of their care and attention to work. Neither was there any damage to both properties. They are also kind enough to accommodate to my request - like refixing a door to my preference, and looking for and unpacking an item that I have accidentally left out for packing. Najib, who supervised the move, is responsive and plans well, and he worked out the 2 day move and assigned work accordingly. Mr. Yong and Kevin, their handy-persons were highly skilled in disassembling and reassembling our furnitures. Under their able hands, even IKEA furnitures survived the move. They are thorough and meticulous. Iswar brings with him years of experience and knows his job really well. He works tirelessly and listens carefully to any special instructions given, and ensures the job is done as per your requirement. Jube works so quietly, you hardly notice his presence but the work gets done fast and well. I certainly did not expect such professionalism for a local move from a Malaysian company. I am glad I did not go with the international companies, which quoted much higher prices. In short, expect international standards with great value from Prime Global.

We have used a couple of movers in the past for moving personal effects by shipping containers from one country to another and have found Prime Global Movers to be the best amongst them. They operate at a very high level of professionalism and are very meticulous and responsive to the customer's needs along the way. We were especially impressed with Mr Lingam when he went out of his way to make sure a certain last-minute addition to our delivery was attended to, and personally came to our place of residence to collect them in his own vehicle. Having been dissatisfied with other movers in the past, we engaged Prime Global Movers as they came highly recommended by someone we trusted, and we were glad we went ahead with this. Throughout the process, we were guided along to ensure all our documents were in order and how goods were to be packed to meet custom quarantine inspections and procedures for the least amount of obstacles. This included controlled items which required the assessment of the border patrol agency. Mr Lingam reached out to his partners at the destination country and provided us with the forms to fill and submit so that all the paperwork was in order. We were at first concerned that there will be some delays due to the current pandemic situation and that the Australian border control is stringent in all measures. Mr Lingam is very familiar with customs and delivery restrictions, and he advised us accordingly. We had our goods shipped out end of last year and the container arrived at our doorstep in Melbourne one week ahead of schedule. Mr Lingam also kept in touch with us for weeks after the delivery to check that everything was ok. Prior to engaging them, we made an appointment to meet them at their office to discuss the details. When we left, Mr Frank arranged for some cartons and packing materials for us to do a little preliminary packing for the more sensitive items that we would like to pack on our own. They arrived punctually on the day of collection with many workers supervised by Mr Najib, whom I might add did a very professional job in ensuring all unpacked goods were wrapped and packed quickly and properly. This included appropriate padding and silica gel to keep the contents dry. They were especially careful with delicate items, and from collection to final receiving of goods, we are glad to report that no items were found broken or damaged. Prime Global Movers will be our choice of movers when we move goods again in the future, whether locally or abroad. We have also recommended them to our friends.

Best service from Prime Global. Professional and very supportive. We moved during Covid, which is stressful enough but Prime Global makes the move stress free. Got our car and things on time and nothing missing. We have used them 13 years ago and they continue to provide trusted quality services. The BEST!

We just completed the packing of our household in Bangsar to relocate back to Germany. Frank Ng and his team are simply the best. Efficient, professional, friendly and go the extra mile. If there was a 6 Star rating they would deserve it. We have moved many times internationally but this was the best ever. Definitely recommend for local and international.
