Saya berdiri depan kaunter lebih kurang 3-5 minit dengan staf cool blog teruskan kerja tanpa tanya apa-apa kepada pelanggan yang tercongok di depan kaunter. Adakah anda fikir kami ni halimunan? Perlu belajar bagaimana Gloria Jeans, Starbuck melayani pelanggan.
26/5/2021 @ 6.30pm. Very poor customer service. I stood in front of the counter for about 3-5 minutes with the cool blog staff continuing the work without asking anything to the customers who were hunched over in front of the counter. Do you think we are invisible? Need to learn how Gloria Jeans, Starbucks serve customers.
