β β β β β Nice place. Food is not bad but having two staff and one manager for may1. Pity the two staff have to work till they drop. Staff do better service than manager.

β β β β β Lets begin with the good stuff. To be honest the staff that were on duty were courteous and sort of helpful. Food was great too (at least on my 1st visit).
This restaurant has a WhatsApp number where you can message them information and make reservations. I made reservations on two occasions and both times my reservations didn't turn up on their records. It's WhatsApp so I showed them the messages and on the 1st occasion, the staff apologised and since there was still table lefts to serve me, I let it slide. The food was good too, rest of the service was commendable as well.
On the second occasion, reservation was missing, and the promotion that I intend to entertain my guests with were discontinued. I asked about the promotion and they confirmed that it will still be available on the day I intend to go, and then I made the reservations to which the WhatsApp number responded "Alright". When I arrived, not only was my reservations missing, the promotion ended. I understand that the restaurant reserves the rights to amend their promotion, but can you at least inform the customer who made reservations in advance so that the customer didn't have to purposely drive there?
And then when I left a comment about this incident on Geno Hotel Facebook Page, the comment was immediately removed and I was unable to post anymore comments. So I made another comment on the Copper Mansion Geno Hotel Facebook Page and the comment was removed and I was barred from commenting again. So instead of owning up to their own mistake, they choose to silent the customer. So mafia...
This is how business is managed in this restaurant/hotel, please consider properly if you want to spend your money here. Although the food is good and some of their staff are still trying their best, it appears that the management is really bad, and if you were ever shortchanged here, the management will choose to silent you and not own up to their mistakes.

β β β β β Had the dimsum buffet here. 3/5 rating. The food is neither bad nor is it good. Special mentions to the har gao, egg tart, and the dessert which is basically longan date soup. The dimsum here lacks something which is pork which gives the juicyness and fattyness into the dimsum but its a halal dimsum. However, for halal standards, this is good. My friends and I surely ate more than what we paid for but we would not come back here again for it. Worth to try though. We would not recommend the bbq bao and the chicken leg but you can still try it out as it is a buffet to see if it suits you.

β β β β β Booked a room for 30pax for company via watsapp and replies very fast and good. We had quite some changes and request and all were cater to. Room was nice and spacious. Food was good. Service lady was prompt and helpful with real fast hand. The tables were a little small for MCO SOP comfort thou haha but services do comply well of it. The only unfortunate thing is we could not stay longer after 10.30pm for an after party which was understandable. The parking however is creepy and you have to walk a distant to the main lobby. They dont have a direct lift to the lobby.

β β β β β Wonderful hospitality and amazing food. The kind staff at Copper Mansion had also reserved a private room with Karaoke for us. The mantis prawns and truffle noodles are to die for.. Surprised to find out they are pork free too! Well recommended

β β β β β Took my parents out for lunch here coz we wanted to try out their weekend all you can eat dimsum promo that they're running now.
I wasn't aware at first but unlike other Copper Mansion branches, this one's pork-free & I only found out when we got there. ?
But anyway, we thought the dimsums were pretty decent. With the 4 of us, we were able to cover 70% of the menu & I'd say a majority hits the mark.
Our favourites:
1β£ Salted Egg & Century Egg porridge
2οΈβ£ Loh Mai Gai
3οΈβ£ Pan Fried Carrot Cake
4οΈβ£ Salted Egg Custard Bun (for some reason I forgot to take a pic of this! ?)
What really missed the mark:
1β£ Steamed BBQ Chicken Bun - too much bun & so little bbq chicken
2οΈβ£ Egg Tarts - custard was a big miss & the tart shell not well baked (didn't post this, can't be bothered)
3οΈβ£ Chee cheong fun - skin was too thick
Overall - decent meal. Most dishes come as 3 pieces, so I'd say a minimum of 3 is just nice to maximize capacity to try all the items in the menu. ? Secondly, the restaurant isn't that big, so always better to make a reservation. Also, senior citizens get a discount!

β β β β β Copper Mansion at Geno Hotel offer high end chinese cuisine food. They have dim sum also. Their food overall is pretty delicious, love their stir fry noodle and the chicken in sweet sauce. Dim sum also not bad, juicy and flavorful. This place also pork free. Worth coming, just that price is at high side.
