β β β β β Thereβs a rat while we were dining there. Moreover, the rat came out of their cupboard where they kept their utensils. No action was made to clean the utensils in the cupboard, the staffs continue to use utensils from said cupboard for their customers. No apology from management, staffs and captain immediately.
Lots of flies swarming here and there.
Ask for the bill twice and thereβs no action. When we told them about the rat situation they did not treat it seriously, just told us sorry and she will inform the captain, thatβs it, didnβt even offer for a discount for our meal. Hygiene and service is equivalent to a hawker stall.

β β β β β A nice restaurant in the industrial area of USJ19. An industrial lot converted into a restaurant. The restaurant is nicely done with ample parking space in front, but the side and back of the restaurant. Came here on a weekend lunch and a small crowd inside the restaurant.
Their food is nice for a wedding lunch with some attentive staff.

β β β β β Three of us revisited Copper Mansion USJ after the opening for dining. We ordered for lunch sea cucumber with mushroom in claypot, steam pearch fish and kai lan mui choi vegetables, slice beef with black pepper, and roasted pork and two side order of dim sum (siew mai and lo mai kai). Besides the roast pork and fish, which tasted good, the rest of the dishes were not to our liking. The total bill came to RM330.15, which can be a tad high.

β β β β β The food was good, taste wise quite strong flavours. Example the ginger on the steamed fish had a good spicy bite.
The Iberian pork ribs were well marinated n took away the stronger taste of Iberian black pig.

Foods not as good as expected.... Can be improved... So far only char siew bao are nice... A bit dissapointed.
Please get rid of the flies.
Toilet not so clean.
Lack of manpower.... Need to be keep calling to refill the tea.

β β β β β The food served is definitely well cooked and delicious although pricy. Taste wise is good. But so happen on my day of dinner, the rice pot was empty and my family had to wait a long time for the rice to be served. It's awkward to see dishes all served early on table but rice came much much later. This is the first restaurant that I've eaten that I encountered such problem. Otherwise, I could easily rate a 5 star if not for this dissapointment.
