★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dined on a weekday night. Severely understaffed, only 3 person including the supervisor manning the tables outside, and 2 kitchen workers. Food portion though is huge, with tasty mala soup base. Pricing is affordable considering the huge portion. RM5 sauce price per pax is automatically added to your bill. Spent RM180 for two pax but we definitely over ordered and our tummy is stuffed!
A point to note, I find the 10% service charge hardly justifiable, considering their severe understaffing condition. Servicing is non existent, I had to DIY most things like getting my own cutlery and walking over to the kitchen to check on my order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a delivery from them, they are very responsive through Whatsapp, almost replying me immediately, answering my questions and giving me guidelines how to prepare the steamboat when it arrived. The food arrive on time as promised and the food is good, the meat is ample for 2 people for their 118 package. Their soup is good, the spicy soup add flavour to the meat even wihout the sauce. Their chicken soup is different and their mushroom soup is good too. They are very generous with the sauce too. Quite recommended.
