★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality and services. Bought it in February 2019, it is not working after 1-2 baking, so sent it back for repair since it is still under warranty. Manage to get the bread maker back in May and saw that some parts were broken and it can't close properly so sent it back again. It is now August and they said not yet repaired.

Kettle was designed the way that water just flow straight off from bottom all the way to the lid without anywhere to contain the water. When pouring, the hot water will just leak out from lid area.
Maybe some people will find this kinda design OK. BUT I FIND IT A HAZARD and I HAVE NEVER EVER USE such a POOR DESIGN KETTLE BEFORE IN MY LIFE!!!
I was pouring the HOT BOILING WATER into my cup, some may claim that I poured too fast, but there was spillage beside my cup, and I had no issue with this way of pouring hot water into that exact same cup, with another kettle!
I was wondering why the water would leak out. When I refer back to all other cordless kettles that I used before, such international brands like, Philips, La Gourmet, Elba, up to Toyomi or even Power Pac, either they have a stopper before the lid to avoid water from spilling out, or they have a groove to direct the water just to the peak of the kettle, or they narrow it up as it approaches the lid just to contain the water from spilling out.
Regardless, there must be a way to guide the water rather than just let the HOT BOILING water to flow out from the kettle even over tilting it.
But look at this BRILLIANT kettle, of model CJK-E150SSB, with after discount price $23.90, original price $79.90!!!
There is no groove or anything in the kettle to guide the water to flow out in a stream. Even the peak of the kettle was ROUND instead of sharp peak, to facilitate water stream into smaller mouth, such as milk bottle, etc.
Another point, the lid can only be open at at most 50°-55° and not fully opened at right angle, 90°. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE of this design to open just the lid halfway? Why can't the users pour in water freely? But just open the lid ajar like that?!?!
Are u willing to pay a single cent for this kinda products that never even thought of the safety before they launched in the market?
I'm sorry, but i really never use such a terrible kettle before. Let me know if you want to share your opinion.
