★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service used to be good. Now they have some new staff and new policies. You have to pay upfront, so if anything is damaged I imagine it will be hard to claim anything back. For laundry, they charge based on min of 6kg now, so if you have less clothes, you need to pay min of RM30 vs RM25 at other shops. The folding of washed clothes after change of staff is pretty bad . All over the place and even a kid can fold better. I noticed some small items go missing too and the softener they use tends to weaken the fabric and clothes tear easily after sending to them. Sometimes it takes long time for clothes to be ready.. like 1.5 weeks. Can't even get through the phone as apparently the line is disconnected. Sad.
