★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use the big washing machine for wash, for this machine need 10 coins, I collect 10 coins and keep on machine but machine count 9 only. Here has 1 lady for service, I asked her, she said she don't know. Than I collect 1 more coin, After wash I use dryer for dry. Dryer needs 40 minutes. That time I go outside and I go there after 50 minutes, when I go there I see the machine still needs 35 minutes, I asked the lady again what happen, the lady give me answers need another 35 minutes, I think in the middle she taka out my choth and use this machine for another person. Because if she give service she earn some extra money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though it mentioned that it could be self-service (means I come and put my clothes in and dry myself, no need to get their service to wash and fold my clothes), then when I went to this dobi, the staffs told me that even if I wanna self-service, I need to queue up as there are others (who had requested for wash+fold service). So don’t put the “self-service” tag there. New year and new disappointment. Great.
PS: last year been your customer, felt not bad. But 2022? Time to swap and become other dobi’s customer, considered you think that your self-service customers don’t need to be treated right and respected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nope, never again to do my laundry here. The 20kg machine has a start button. The 10kg doesn't. It only has start/pause button. I was looking for start button then this 1 skinny kuai lo (by the look and sound of it- not sure if he is the owner or worker as he was in and out from the backdoor) came and repeatedly told me that it was a stop/pause button as if I didn't know how to read. Instead of repeating himself annoyingly, he could just explained that this machine works automatically once u close the door. No civic manners and poor customer service. Don't know how to treat and respect customers.
