★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condo is not good...However please refrain from renting out 8-3-5 since the owner John will make false promises and never return you the deposit amount...he promised to return the amount after I vacated (since I moved to the US) but now since I can not catch him, he has declined to return the same
He said all was ok when he came for the final inspection on my last day there and promised that he would return the deposit amount asap
Now when I am asking for it he is giving all lame reasons..he is a big liar and a cheat so if you want that your deposit amount to be safe, don't take 8-3-5 for rent at all
