★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate 5 stars for the view and rooftop swimming pool but not for the poor lift and all doors spoiled without repairs. One thing I wanted to highlight is their terrible maintenance, rude, ridiculous, horrible service. I wonder how is the maintenance fees with this kind of terrible service. I would not recommend my friends or family to purchase this unit due to too much disappointment from their maintenance officer. Speechless and helpless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall the facility here is good, environment is good.
For the refuse system is terrible, you have to go down to 9th floor, and walk thru long car park then only u reach the refuse room.
It's very dangerous when, there is single mother with kid at home or old ppl with kid at home which no other adult can help in throwing rubbish.
2ndly, collect parcel is disaster. There's no proper lobby down the building, especially for Block B and C, we have to go down to 6th floor, and change another lift to bottom and collect parcel.
Super dangerous again for single mother with kid or alone adult with kid. Happened on me, which is the parcel arrived while my boy is showering, asking whether can put it at security i will collect it later. ANSWER IS NO.
I have to risk any happen on my boy in the bathroom, and rush down walk far away to collect one parcel. What if super heavy parcel, I have to push all the way to six floor, change another lift up.
No doubt, the air, the environment, the facilties here are superb, just the system and management need highly improve to convenient to the resident here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management staff here are the WORST. Not even a single star for them.
They always love to act like they are ABOVE EVERYTHING in this world. Talk arrogantly and as if they are the teachers and we’re the students. Lol How I miss my primary school life right. They talk unprofessionally and talk like as if they’re nagging a child.
They deserve to be FIRED. So unprofessional uncle and aunty.
