★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful when you make a payment with foreign credit card. They use DCC(Dynamic Currency Conversion) and deny to pay in local RM currency. In other words, credit card company will charge more for DCC which is additional service charge, 4.25% on your credit card bill, because you use foreign currency which is home currency. I requested them I want to pay in RM when I saw currency in SGD, but they reject my request and said there is no additional service charge even the receipt describes on it. "This service is offered by the merchant's service provider, with FX rate Visa rate plus four pt. two five percent. I have a choice of currencies including MYR and agree to to pay above total amount according to card issuer agreement".
