★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two girls take a long hours at cutting hair which i still not satisfied with it in the end. Their cutting very slow, and not profesional i think? I just only want my hair become light and thin, but looks like my request never been reach...The price is unacceptable to me, for this kind of service..luckily i choose to not do the colour and perm in the end...can find another better one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was trying to find a nice salon in Jb and tried to go to this salon to do keratin treatment. Liz was friendly and attentive and just properly did the hair blower and shampooing. When I asked for a trim, the hair styler Boon was just amazing. Normally for other salon if you say trim they would just carelessly cut your hair. For him, he did styled it properly and I loved it! Giving 5 star. Will come back! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a haircut by Junior Stylist in the Mid Valley Southkey branch. As the only customer in the shop, I assume it should be quite quick. The hair stylist took an hour trimming my hair when I kept telling him that I need to cut short my hair with a "slope". Despite telling him, it's still the same and having spent 1 hr and RM45 my hair looks the same. I think the standard of the stylist has dropped compared to 2 years ago. If not for the rush of time, I will definately ask the store manager to do something. Very disappointed with the standard. To my surprise, even the Senior Stylist who was there seeing, did not even guide or help the customer to look their very best. What's the point of going to a salon then?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy and quiet place to get a haircut, with great service. They even offer a comfortable waiting place if you're just accompanying. Prices a bit on the high end, but affordable if you're from Singapore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impeccable quality and result from Kelvin. Very meticulous with an eye at smallest detail. No frizz is spared. Quality result takes time. I'm elated with my perm and color. Crossing border for such experience is definitely worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hairdresser didn’t attended to me until the assistant finished the hair colour and treatment. The assistant did a pretty bad job (requested brown and turned out almost black) and even stained my face and hand. What is worst is the hairdresser, all this while he didn’t attend to me until the colour and treatment was done. And then he did not listen to what I wanted to cut and go ahead with his own style. And I didn’t like the outcome of my haircut, it was way too much layered which I already told him I didn’t like it. This is not my first time I visited this salon, but this time round I was very disappointed with their skills and service. I will never come back again.
