★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, beautiful place and the furnitures are amazing. The prices might be a bit expensive for some but the couch and chairs are so urban. It's chic and unique. They custom made the options for the couches and they have 10 years warranty.

Slow delivery is not the main issue. What makes it worse is that Couch Design provided a delivery date and confirmed a few times, requested for full payment beforehand BUT called up on the day of delivery that the couch is not ready. They can't provide a new estimated date for delivery and they can't provide an explanation except "a mistake". Just beware of such unprofessional arrangement if you are going to purchase furniture from them, especially if it requires your own household arrangement to match their delivery day and time.
