โ โ โ โ โ I lived at mcity for a year and the experience was not great at all! I stayed in a nice 3 bedroom duplex was very spacious and nice on the inside with great views... but now let me tell you guys why im leaving a 1 star!
Security at mcity were so annoying! They would never let anyone up to deliver anything... if its food, package, letter... or anything u always have to go downstairs and get it yourself! On top of that most of the security there dont understand english at all... even basic things will leave them looking confused...
The worst part is that cockroaches and flies would always find their way inside the unit and along the hallways no matter how clean u keep things! i have also seen mice in the bin room and once we found a massive rat waiting outside, the security came up and casually killed the rat with a baton and just put it in a plastic bag...
So if u dont mind the things ive mentioned above go ahead and book your stay here otherwise dont be fooled by the bright lights and nice views.

โ โ โ โ โ Pros: Most units are spacious and semi furnished units are equipped with branded fridge, washer dryer etc (useful stuff basically). A lot of amenities nearby. Good location.
Cons:
1. Very very very bad, disorganized, impractical, non-flexible management. They will not make your life easier in any way with their inefficient bureaucratic procedures. A total waste of time. To them their time is more precious than yours. A new kind of customer service perhaps. Worse condo management I've seen so far. Oh and you'll only get your deposit 8 months after you moved in or do any renovation works.
2. Noisy as it is located near the busy part of MRR2 and Jalan Ampang
3. Poor workmanship: Plumbing leakages and wiring problems
4. Stupid procedures when you have guests.

โ โ โ โ โ the worst residency i ever rent house in at KL. lifts all the time out of service, personally stuck in lift in my first night for 3 hours at midnight and there was nobody to help me, and after i complain no one take responsibility. their security are just work like scarecrow stand there and can't do anything, irresponsible management team, they basically have no answer for any one of your question and complains. there is no drop of and pickup point, if you have guest, they have to park the car out come inside get visitor and then go bring the car inside. and many more that i would say the worst residency ever.

โ โ โ โ โ Great place, very classy and cozy place. But some building works are still being done. So expect all of these to be completed by end of 2017. Management is still in learning phase, but they take responses and feedback very well, hopefully improvements will continue.
Some of the tenants here may come from rich backgrounds, but their behavior leaves much to be desired, behaving like bunch of raccoons on steroids, especially the ones from Middle East. I'm not racist, but big bulk of the tenants are Middle Easterners, and a portion of them are the bad apples.
But overall the neighborhood is great, great facilities. Security still needs much work for a premium place like this.
