★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just used the park for jogging. It wasn't maintain well. But it has a good track for short evening exercise. Many ppl around everytime. Got signage "beware of snakes" but many parents brought their kids in the evening..just be careful. Got smell of drain too near the bridge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever give a booking fee if haven't view the house and confirm buying it. The sales will promise that u can get back the refund in one month but it had been almost 2 months we still never get back our money. After I find the customer service twice only they start process my case and ask to fill the refund form. Now I filled the form, they said need within 3 months just can get back the deposit. I am thinking why refund process can take around 5 months. Such a slow processing refund system, how can we trust the developer for their promise? I will wait and update again when I received the refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Covid makes it worsen. But the apartment itself got a lot of problem. Facility all not able to use except swimming pool n gym. Carpark with stickers only can use, even the parking lot its really empty. Not recommend if you rent for short term. Guards mostly not good. Management slow reply. Your problems always need a couples of days to solve. I will personally sincerely suggest you to rethink n rethink to consider staying here. Inside apartment its look really good but with a lot of cockroaches from pipe, the pipe for washing machine always leaking...
