★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay here for a year due to contract..rent it due to friend recommendation..kinda regretted it.. corridor area are not well lit and have quite a pest problem..roach running around n pigeon poop all over the balcony..also noisy neighbors playing loud music into the night..outside area also a bit dangerous..
