Julio's is pricey but worth the price. Aryaf is cheaper and nice. Arabica is the worst among the 3. 4th one is Family house, but people only go there for Shisha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not alot of shops there apart from eateries. The area is quite dead starting 7pm. And the parking lot entrance is RM1, regardless if you're dropping off or pick up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is what it is. A lovely little mix of restaurants the typical Malaysian,Chinese and Indian but with a big Middle Eastern and Central Asian presence. A couple of mini marts,hair salons and barbers. If you venture above ground floor there is a surprising variety of businesses a Clinic, pool hall, Computer service centers, Gymnastics, Methodist Church and lots of smaller business offices. And cats! Taken care of the Cova community you will meet them everywhere and anywhere ?. One ? and guards at the central area ground floor and in the parking areas. It's a place you go too because you live or do business in the general vicinity...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's fairly rundown at an obscure location reachable only by car. Although there's a MRTvstation nearby, it is still a good 1-2km walk with no bus services. It seemed that the front of the parking lot is a valet parking (with no sign) charging a rate of RM10 per entry. The actual parking in a basement parking costing RM1 per entry. Don't be caught with the trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There many shop lot at the ground level, food, groceries, fast food are available there. Above the shop is office located there. The parking also is enough and eot crowded and using only Touch N Go.
