★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is badly maintained. Parking is an issue, alot of tight corners on the way up. Toilet and lobbies is dirty, not to mention alot of mosquitoes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the cleanest looking office spaces..needs to be maintenanced and cleaned up to bring it an acceptable office space standard. Their parking coins were completely out and I lost st least 15 minutes to obtain help considering I was trying to be a meeting there on time..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad maintained building, praise the Lord toilets are not smelly, but there is no paper towels, toilet paper, even hand soap is missing. People cary toilet paper from their office when they go to toilet.
