★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d like to highlight an issue with one of your staffs. Recently I’m contacted by Siti Rodziah (CD102392) to resume my membership. We appointed to meet but she made me wait for nearly ONE hour and didn’t even call me to cancelled. After I’ve texted her a few times, she replied to cancel the appointment. Reason being that her previous customer has changed from Maks Residence to KLCC.
and when she met me up today, she added another excuse that her friend ‘Rozaidi Imran’ was admitted to ICU Neuro HKL. I called up the ward, there is no such person at all.
Coway has been having a good reputation and Koreans culture is well known with its time punctuality. I hope that you will look into this matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was contacted by your customer service but couldn't understand what she talked about which I believe she's not well trained and having no knowledge on the product and service. Worse come to worst she sounded angry and didn't talk politely to me as her customer. I made my own initiative later to contact the salesperson En. Rozzairi who helped me a lot to clarify many things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought Ombak water filter 4 months ago. Now waiting to resolve temperature issues. The machine did not perform as technical specification. Sales person never call up to follow up ... too.
Check Ombak temperature if you have one at home. Hot water ranging 83 to 87.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coway customer service lack courtesy and professionalism. No coordination between sales and customer account record. Servicing is tardy, service agent changes frequently, customer have to call up to remind servicing is due!
Basically interested in selling and signing in of new accounts but not maintaining good customer relationship !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SUPER BAD SERVICE from Coway! deduct money very fast, before installation but never improve service. still waiting for coway to call for installation (almost 2 weeks now). Give 2 number but only call 1 number, reason because the 1st number is the main one and need verification. then what for asking for 2nd number. stupid SOP. SUCKS BIG TIME BOOOO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want payment, then make sure you do your job properly first! What is the point of paying you monthly but no actions from you when your machine always got problem and cannot use? Plus don't pass the message here and there, call me to settle your issue first only come and talk about your payment! As well, learn how to respect your customers first before you expect your customers to respect you! Not free your service, remember that!
