★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rented a car twice from them and had no issues, great customer service. The prices are very cheap compare to other rental companies. I would definitely rent there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service, 1 hour to pick up car, and no dedicated drop off area. I have to drive around to park off street and risk receiving a police fine. I then have have to wait for another 30 minutes for someone to receive the car. This is unacceptable level of service for a CBD based car rental service.
