★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Water filter hasn't been changed almost 8 to 9month. It's unbelievable lousy business toward Coway users. Ill raise this issue outside to people if you don't do any feedback and good action. As getting worse and worse you are still asking for the rental fee without service while customers still drink unfiltered water? How irresponsible you are. Ill definitely never recontinue this one after contract is over next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We reported, a fault in the water filter system on Saturday 25/9/2021. Till today no feedback reason no spare part available. Then Today 28/9/2021 a old replacement model was given to use but do not have the same feature. When spoke to the customer service rep they were very rude in replying.
I have 5 product of coway in my house and payment collected on time but the service is totally not good. The saleperson disappear upon sale. But promise sales and service.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible after sales service !!! I have just renewed my contract , then my water machine is leaking and I aged called 1800 number to log in support . This is so ridiculous , the officer keep telling me technician will call me to make appointments, then I waited for 5 days , nobody called me and I have only this machine at home as my water machine . I have passed 5 days without drinking water at home and survived with mineral water !
The worse thing is I called 2 times and the answer is - technician will call you on Monday … or on Tuesday or ….
I have been using coway for 10 years , and I don’t think I deserve all this ! Please refund my contract

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ciway deduct my account for the unit I already return n pay full for the penalty. When contacted they admitted the mistake. But whycoway still holding on to my money, when do you want to credited back to my account.
You make mistake by deducting my money witout my consent. And you already hold it for 2months. It is not right. I will make a police report and will named coway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When your sales team needs help to achieve his target, making pity face and talked up to the sky with how amazing is your product and services, but after having your product, its such a disaster! THE MOST NO SYSTEM COMPANY WHICH I'VE EVER SEEN AND WORKERS WERE SO RUDE AND IRRESPONSIBLE from your Agent, Technician & Customer Service! Every month on time or earlier never missed payment, plus penalty so more if late payment but when need this team to follow up on any problem, all playing hide and seek with sleeping 24 hours! Seriously no more consideration for another product from this company at all! Plus don't complain why always unable to achieve target, your team should "cermin diri" on your irresponsible way of working! Nothing is free in this world if you are lazy to do your job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've purchased a new outdoor filter on Feb'21 till September'21. I've already changed 4 filter replacement due to failed filtered the yellowish outside piping water come in the house. First filter come with stainless steel casing and have used one month and the yellowish water unfiltered and request to change new second filter and used for 3 months and unfiltered the yellowish water again. The third filter, have used for 3 weeks and unfiltered the yellowish water again.
Usually the new filter will filtered very clean by first 2 weeks, After 2 weeks, you will realize the water will slight became yellowish and getting more yellowish.
Till September, I've ask to change 4 filters. Attached the pictures for your viewing references. Highly recommend if you wish your clothes all yellowish like me.
