***its been almost 2 months, since I placed my order, still nothing. Tried contacting them using all channels(emails/phones which are out of service, twitter(they blocked me). Do not get scammed by this company.
All other positive reviews are fake.
****new update: the company that handled the payment gateway for this company had refunded my money. lucky for me, they have not disburse the money yet to this company. They themselves were not able to contact this company by any means and received complaintss from other buyers.

The technician do installation in house and teach our family member on the bed operation. The medical bed by AQ Medicare is good quality. The technician is well train make us feel confident. It really help a lot to us. Thank you.

โ โ โ โ โ One star rating is too high for this company. I would give it a zero if possible! Similar to other low reviews I have read, yes.. their after sales service is the worst!!
Wanted to return wheelchair that was of diff model from the one ordered(June'17), but they have totally ignored all my emails n calls. MR TAN of customer service initially said he would replace my order, but after speaking to him a few times, he just didnt bother to answer my calls n msgs anymore. Even the head office does not pick up the phone! What sort of a company is this?!
After about 2 mths, I resorted to make a complaint to National Consumer Complaint Center(NCCC). An officer there finally managed to get in touch with them after numerous calls over a long period. I was told that thay have agreed to refund me n take back the wheelchair. But that was just talk, because untill today, 3 mths later, there has been no effort to contact me at all. How irresponsible is that? Even after being contacted by the NCCC, they still dont care!
Warning to all.. DONT ever ever deal with this company!
