★ ★ ★ ★ ★ disappointed with poor quality build as there is watermark which appears near the window after raining. there issue has been reported and fixed by the defect team multiple times, but the watermark still appear. I hope the developer can look into this matter. thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am one of the owner of Tuan residency. The toilet door they provided are not waterproof. Just 1 month it start to be soaky and out of shape. Carpark ramp are too narrow. If u drive SUV u better consider not buying their projects. Many units windows start to have leaking issue. The wall is uneven. The swimming pool is facing shoplot rooftop. They have another better view but they choose the rooftops view. The gym is small. Only the lobby is looking fancy.
