★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deceptive and irresponsible developer. PJ Centrestage project by Cherish Springs Sdn Bhd (wholly-owned subsidiary of Leadmont Development Sdn Bhd) is a failure. The final product of the property is nothing as marketed by the developer. The defects have not been rectified since the beginning and most facilities marketed were not provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bought a Soho Unit in PJ Centrestage back in 2013 after its construction and I got to say it is Bang for the Buck!! The property is very comfortable and cozy (Not Hot/Humid). The building is located in a very good location where there are efficient routes connecting to the PJ Express Highway making my drive to work very easily and less time consuming! Although there were very minor issues sometimes with leaking pipes, However the management were swift to resolve the issue immediately when I raised it to them. The Security Team are very Kind & greets me whenever I return home from work, Not to mention there are Great Bars, Restaurants, & Convenient Mart at Ground Floor where I could eat different types of diverse cuisines and also Hit up the Mart for daily essential goods. There is a Reasonably priced budget 3-star hotel located on Block B, and on the rooftop of the hotel there is a Sky-bar with a Sky-pool that truly resembles a modern city lifestyle! Thank You for such a great deal Leadmont! I believe that the value of this property will be tremendously worthy, since it has a great location and a wonderful community.
