★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mum came and asked for replace the sim card to 4G sim card and yet your staff refuse to change to 4G sim card because the phone does not support 4G. The phone is capable of 4G data. Either is your staff incapable of technology or your staff just lazy to change the sim card. Celcom please take note.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional service and quick to react to customer needs. You can opt to register for Xpax postpaid here. However, for the Xpax prepaid , you have to find the Celcom center (in Melaka) and register there as this place does not accommodate for the prepaid services. They have a few parking spaces in front of the premise, so easy access for those with cars & motor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a tiny shop lot with all the celcom needs. However, traffic is very busy and you might bump into parking problem. Recommend you do cycling, motorcycling, grab taxi or uber if can. Otherwise, be smart with parking.
Celcom coverage in this area is good. No issue with connectivity.
